Supervise inspections, acceptance certificates, and final project documentation. **Contract Management and Customer Relationship Management**: Administer contracts and amendments, approve progress payments, prepare reports, and coordinate accountability, maintaining interfaces with clients and competent authorities. **Construction Planning and Engineering**: Evaluate projects, contracts, and physical\-financial schedules; define construction techniques, site layout, and control methods, ensuring legal compliance. **Procurement and Logistics**: Plan purchases and rentals, negotiate with suppliers, approve specifications, and evaluate performance, ensuring adequate supply aligned with construction progress. **People Management**: Lead hiring, evaluation, and termination processes; promote training and incentives; audit legal documentation for both in-house and outsourced teams. **Operational Execution and Coordination**: Guide technical teams, hire specialized services, and manage site mobilization and demobilization, ensuring operational efficiency. **Health, Safety, and Environment**: Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, promoting site adaptation to legal requirements. **Information Technology**: Use Excel and PowerPoint for analyses, reports, and strategic presentations tracking construction progress.
