




Description: Required qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics or related fields. Desirable knowledge: * Knowledge in Project Management and Control * Solid knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera; * Data analysis skills; * Computer literacy, with emphasis on advanced-level Excel; * Communication skills; * Proactivity in carrying out activities; * Interpersonal skills that promote a favorable environment for project teams and stakeholders, reflecting confidence, loyalty, commitment, and respect; * Systemic view of the project. As a Planning Analyst you will: * Participate in handover meetings for each new project; assist in generating coordination standards. * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera. * Generate S-Curves – Physical/Financial for the Project and monitor them. * Develop the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and monitor the project histogram. * Work with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Earned Value Analysis), a document used to monitor the project's financial performance. * Be responsible for preparing and finalizing Measurement Bulletins together with Project Managers for submission to the client. * Monitor updates to document lists and pending items; prepare and issue monthly project status reports requested by the client. * Be responsible for monitoring weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings with technical teams and managers, producing meeting minutes. * Monitor, together with the Project Manager, matters related to physical, economic, and financial performance of their contracts. * Monitor control area demands, such as contract adjustments, project indicators IDP and IDC, and Project Status. 2511180202461110373
