Support masons, operators, and other team members We are looking for a Construction Helper to work in mining areas, assisting with general construction, maintenance, and operational team support. The professional will perform supporting tasks to ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety. Responsibilities: Assist with civil construction and maintenance activities in industrial/mining areas Transport materials, tools, and equipment Prepare and organize construction sites Perform cleaning and maintenance of the worksite Support masons, operators, and other team members Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations Requirements: Completed elementary education Previous experience as a construction helper (preferred) Availability to work in mining areas Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills Advantages: Experience in mining or industrial construction projects Occupational safety training courses (NRs) Benefits: Competitive market salary On-site meals Transportation Life insurance Basic food basket Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
