As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality procedures at our construction sites. Your main responsibilities will include: * Develop and update quality manuals, ensuring alignment with industry best practices; * Conduct periodic audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with established standards; * Lead the quality inspection team, providing technical guidance and supporting skill development; * Act as the liaison between the construction site team and management, presenting quality performance reports; * Perform technological control of products; * Propose solutions to resolve issues and minimize non-conformities. Requirements: To stand out in this position, we seek a professional with: * A completed undergraduate degree in fields related to quality, such as Engineering, Administration, or Technology; * Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Quality Coordinator in the construction sector; * Solid knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to civil construction quality; * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; * Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and results orientation.
