Job Summary: A professional to assist with electrical, civil, and hydraulic maintenance, performing repairs, installations, and preservation of structures and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with electrical, civil, and hydraulic maintenance. 2. Performs carpentry and joinery maintenance. 3. Works in accordance with safety and quality standards. Assists with electrical, civil, and hydraulic maintenance, replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Performs carpentry and joinery maintenance, repairing furniture, replacing and adjusting doors and windows, swapping parts, and repairing floors and floorboards. Preserves masonry and façades and restores paintwork; waterproofs surfaces by washing, preparing, and applying products. Assembles work and safety equipment, inspecting the site and installing parts and components onto equipment. Performs general services at residential properties (e.g., showerhead replacement, door and window repairs, etc.). Works in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. \* The employee is entitled to a 30% hazard allowance.
