




Job Summary: The Planning Analyst develops, monitors, and updates project schedules, manages S-curves, WBS, and EVA, and reports on project status and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Desired Knowledge: * Project management and control expertise * Proficient knowledge of planning tools MS Project and Primavera * Data analysis knowledge * Computer literacy, with advanced Excel skills * Communication skills * Proactivity in performing tasks * Interpersonal skills that foster a favorable environment for the project team and stakeholders, reflecting trust, loyalty, commitment, and respect * Systemic view of the project As a Planning Analyst, you will: * Attend handover meetings for each new project; assist in developing coordination guidelines. * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera. * Generate project S-curves — Physical/Financial — and monitor them. * Develop the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and monitor the project histogram. * Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Earned Value Analysis), a document used to monitor the project’s financial performance. * Be responsible for preparing and finalizing Measurement Bulletins with Project Managers for submission to the client. * Monitor updates to document lists and pending items; prepare and issue monthly project status reports requested by the client. * Be responsible for monitoring weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings with technical staff and managers, producing meeting minutes. * Work with Project Managers to address matters related to physical, economic, and financial performance under their contracts. * Monitor departmental control requirements, including contract adjustments, project indicators (IDP and IDC), and project status. 2512200202551110373
