We are looking for a **Senior ServiceNow Developer** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Data modeling, business rule definition, and omnichannel experience design (Portal, Workspace, and Mobile), using Process Automation Designer, Playbooks, and medium-to-high-coupling integrations. Advanced automation: * Creation of reusable flows, subflows, and actions—with governance, catalogs, and approval chains—using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and corporate spokes. Integrations and security: * Design of secure integrations (authentication, authorization, observability), MID Server strategy definition, error handling, and documentation of APIs and data mappings. Support and Hypercare: * Planning and execution of upgrades, application of health checklists, coordination of hypercare periods, management of critical incidents, and monitoring of operational KPIs. CoE / CoEI and Citizen Developer: * Definition of standards, playbooks, and training paths to ensure governance and quality in low-code deliveries performed by business units.
