Check out the profile below and apply! **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or completion of any undergraduate program accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Project Management, with a minimum duration of 360 hours. **Mandatory Experience for this Position:** At least 5 (five) years of experience working in the Information Technology field, related to the responsibilities outlined in this position, to be verified via documentation issued by a public or private legal entity. Proven experience in function point counting. Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). PSPO (Scrum.org) or CSPO (Scrum Alliance) certification—or an equivalent certification. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** Software Management: experience working on projects applying Agile software development principles and practices (Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban). Knowledge of Agile product design, Design Thinking methodology, and Design Sprint processes; Software Requirements: experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, negotiation, and management. Creation of requirements artifacts (Scrum), creation of diagrams (UML), and knowledge of business process modeling (BPM/BPMN).
