**Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor administrative processes, providing support to the department, preparing spreadsheets, verifying and filing documents, tracking deadlines, locating and monitoring processes and notifications; * Register incoming and outgoing documents, sorting them, checking data and dates, and distributing them to recipients, as well as issuing documents and arranging necessary signatures; * Review documents, identifying irregularities, verifying calculations, classifying and filing them; * Update various controls by gathering and verifying collected data, comparing and evaluating information, with the aim of meeting departmental needs and supporting decision-making and analysis by superiors; * Monitor contract expiration dates, following organizational rules and procedures, investigating possible changes to terms agreed upon between parties, aiming to safeguard the organization’s interests; * Verify and enter documents and information into company systems; * Draft and complete documents, prepare addenda, amend contractual clauses, type texts and spreadsheets, update records, fill out forms, and prepare drafts, as well as issue official letters and memoranda, in accordance with received instructions; * Prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets, collecting information and verifying indices and indicators; * Prepare calculation spreadsheets, organizational charts, flowcharts, as well as various reports and presentations; * Provide, under supervision, work-related information based on guidance from the immediate supervisor; * Manage office supplies and consumables, checking available quantities, completing requisitions, and requesting items from the responsible department; * Manage dispatch and receipt of mailbags and correspondence, recording information in pre-established tracking systems, as well as registering protocols when required; * Provide service to the public and to organizational staff, taking necessary actions regarding relevant matters; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience; * Comply with Quality, Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress or completed; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
