Laundry Team Leader We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Laundry Team Leader at Alsco Uniformes. The position will be based at our client Gerdau’s Miguel Burnier Mine. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency and excellence across all laundry-related processes—from uniform collection, delivery, and maintenance to inventory management and customer service. As the Laundry Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high standards of workplace hygiene and safety. Your responsibilities include daily supervision of operations, implementation of efficient processes, and ensuring all delivered uniforms are in perfect condition. You will interact directly with the client to resolve any issues. Experience in team management and uniform delivery processes is a strong advantage. Additionally, you must possess solid knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations, as well as leadership and effective communication skills. The ability to solve problems and make quick, accurate decisions is essential for success in this role.
