Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing and preparing construction sites, assisting various teams, and performing general maintenance tasks on construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site preparation and organization 2. Assisting masons, carpenters, drillers, and mechanics 3. First-level maintenance of machinery and tools \- Prepare and organize the construction site for work execution. \- Transport, load, and unload materials and tools. \- Prepare concrete, mortar, and other materials as instructed. \- Assist masons, carpenters, drillers, mechanics, and other professionals in carrying out their tasks. \- Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace. \- Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and temporary structures when necessary. \- Ensure proper storage of materials used on-site. \- Follow safety regulations and correctly use provided PPE. \- Demolish concrete and masonry structures and other constructions; prepare construction sites by clearing the area and compacting soil. Perform first-level maintenance, including cleaning machinery and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing mechanical defects. \- Carry out excavation work and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials. \- Clear vegetation from the site using a brush cutter; \- Perform minor maintenance tasks at the construction site; \- Perform low-voltage electrical maintenance services; \- Carry out related duties.
