We are guided by values that shape all our interactions at work—ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** The warehouse operator is responsible for performing activities related to the movement, organization, picking, and storage of materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring that the logistics process is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established standards. * Receive, inspect, and record incoming products and materials at the warehouse. * Organize and store items according to the warehouse layout specifications. * Monitor product inflows and outflows, keeping inventory records continuously updated. * Pick orders according to production requirements. * Operate material handling equipment such as manual or electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if trained and authorized), and other related equipment. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to safety regulations. * Conduct regular inspections of stored materials to prevent damage and ensure quality. * Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment. * Collaborate with coworkers to meet production and quality targets. * Perform periodic inventory counts and support stock audits. * Follow instructions from immediate supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement of warehousing processes. **Qualifications** * Prior experience in warehousing or logistics roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of inventory control and material handling. * Familiarity with occupational safety principles and good warehousing practices. * Ability to operate material handling equipment (if required). * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job
