Ethics and integrity underpin all our business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Monitor grain inflow and outflow from dryers by analyzing moisture content to verify the required drying temperature; * Monitor dryer temperatures and supply wood fuel to furnaces when necessary; * Facilitate truck unloading flow by regulating dryer feed loads according to the parameters outlined above; * Monitor stored product temperatures in warehouses, generate thermometry reports to assess whether forced grain movement or removal is needed, take appropriate actions, and inform the Warehouse Supervisor and Management when required; * Monitor the soybean cleaning process, regulate feed loads on sieves, and clean equipment screens; * Oversee warehouse feeding operations, control product entry and withdrawal points to prevent spillage and unauthorized removal; **Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Driver’s license (Category B) **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
