We are growing rapidly, and with that growth comes fast-paced strategic changes, which is why we are looking for new expert professionals focused on achieving results and professional success. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor orders and register financial and economic information, performing analysis and approving credit according to value thresholds established in the Credit Policy, receiving data via systems implemented by consultants, conducting checks with regulatory agencies, verifying negotiated dates and harvest types, aiming to ensure compliance with internal policies and requesting approvals for cases exceeding such policies, performed daily; * Receive documentation from consultants (CTV) related to term-based negotiations, review and verify compliance with internal policies, aiming to analyze the customer's financial and economic information, performed daily; * Assist in monitoring grain collection from traders for proper clearance and return to the customer, performed daily; * Manage outstanding balances, contacting delinquent customers, identifying those with outstanding debts, and coordinating with consultants on the best operational approach for collections, aiming to ensure payment receipt and reduce delinquency rates, performed daily; * Request and monitor the removal of liens at notary offices after customer debt settlement, completing request forms and sending them to the responsible department for proper registration, whenever necessary; * Identify the best guarantees to mitigate risk in alignment with credit policy, formalizing agreements with the company and customer and forwarding to the endorsement team, receiving documents and monitoring the process until registration completion, performed daily; * Manage the accounts receivable and collections portfolio, monitoring cash, term, or grain payments, requesting necessary clearances to finalize transactions, aiming to maintain the company’s financial health, as needed; * Visit key portfolio customers on-site to clarify doubts, assess infrastructure and area, monitor collateral, and conduct delinquency collections when necessary, aiming to support sales in closing deals, whenever required; * Authorize the sale of grains provided as collateral, evaluating the customer's crop and understanding operational risks, in order to forward requests for approval to higher authorities (Credit, Controller, CEO), as needed; * Monitor and review crop inspection reports issued by commercial consultants for customers engaged in barter transactions or presenting potential collection risks, receiving and analyzing required documents to obtain accurate information about the customer's crop and proactively making decisions if any issues arise that could affect productivity; * Prepare credit committee presentations, gathering necessary financial and economic data for analysis, to present and jointly decide on credit approvals, whenever necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience in agribusiness; * Knowledge of SAP and TARKEN systems (a plus); * Prior experience in credit and collections and familiarity with regional customer portfolios; * Solid knowledge of credit analysis techniques, applicable legislation, and collection procedures; * Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills; * Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities; * Proficiency in financial analysis tools and information systems relevant to the role; **Additional information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Meal allowance; * Profit sharing (PLR).
