Assistance in tax calculations and tax obligations **Accounting Assistant** **Summary:** Responsible for supporting the tax department in performing routine activities, document verification and organization, as well as assisting in tax calculations and tax obligations, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal and internal deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Record accounting entries, classifying expenses, revenues, and provisions in the system * Assist in accounting reconciliations by comparing account balances with documents and reports * Verify accounting and tax documents, validating invoices, contracts, and receipts * Organize physical and digital accounting files and documents * Support monthly accounting closing by sorting documents and verifying information * Generate simple accounting reports by extracting data from the system * Support internal and external audits by providing documents and clarifications **Education:** * Completed high school * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus. **Experience:** * Experience in activities related to this position **Technical Skills:** * Basic accounting knowledge * Accounting classification * Intermediate Excel * Experience with accounting ERP systems **Behavioral Skills:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Ethics * Confidentiality Join our team: visit our job page Grupo Sollo and apply!
