Job Summary: Performs structural masonry, enclosure masonry, mortar application, and general finishing work, supporting the construction of reinforced concrete structures. Key Highlights: 1. Performing masonry and finishing services. 2. Assisting in the construction of reinforced concrete structures. 3. Ensuring safety and organization at the worksite. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Experience Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform structural and enclosure masonry, laying blocks, bricks, and precast elements; * Prepare and apply mortars, concrete, and grouts according to technical specifications; * Construct industrial floors, sidewalks, screeds, and leveling layers; * Perform plastering, scratch coat, base coat, and general finishing work; * Assist in reinforced concrete structure construction (formwork, reinforcement, and concreting), as required; * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials; * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations, using PPE and following internal procedures; * Maintain a clean and organized worksite; * Report any non-conformity, hazard, or need for service adjustment to the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Elementary education; * Experience in civil construction; * Willingness to reside in Porto Alegre do Norte, MT; * Willingness to live in company-provided accommodations. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Attendance bonus, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal allowance
