**Description:** Plan available resources for the execution of the project portfolio, including materials, tools, equipment, and labor, ensuring compliance with forecasted costs. Plan and support field teams to ensure safe, high-quality project deliveries within agreed timelines. Monitor and report project progress to clients, acting as a facilitator in resolving issues arising at construction sites. Ensure that all activities and occurrences for each project are properly documented (APP, daily reports, as-built drafts, FSM, RI, among others). Pursue revenue targets through project execution progress. Evaluate and contribute to the development of assembly schedules by analyzing the scope and required resources for each project. Track deliverables from engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams, scheduling deployment of assembly crews to project sites. Estimate and approve outsourcing of external assembly teams, define the Fockink team responsible for each project, prepare lists of required tools, and align with the client on mobilization dates to determine shipment of materials and tooling. Monitor and control forecasted costs and prepare measurement reports for client and third-party payments. **Compensation Notes:**
