Welcoming and safe environment We are seeking an **Educational Assistant** to support pedagogical activities and monitor children during various moments of the school routine, contributing to a welcoming, organized, and safe environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the lead teacher in pedagogical activities and school routine; * Monitor and guide children in classrooms, breaks, and other educational spaces; * Contribute ideas and actions focused on child development; * Substitute for the lead teacher when necessary; * Assist children in resolving various school-related situations; * Support personal hygiene care and children's well-being; * Remain attentive to children's needs, fostering a welcoming and safe environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be at least 18 years old; * Currently enrolled in a teacher training program (licenciatura) or hold a completed teaching diploma (magistério); * Prior experience in schools or working with children is desirable; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and organizational ability; * Ability to work collaboratively and manage the daily routines of early childhood education. **Additional Information** * Position: Auxiliary IV * Workload: 23 hours per week — Monday through Friday, from 1:15 PM to 5:15 PM and from 5:30 PM to 6:06 PM; * Remuneration: R$1\.00,00 * Benefits: Subsidized in-house dental plan, health insurance subsidy, education discounts, and childcare assistance.
