Job Summary: The professional will develop, assemble, and validate jigs, fixtures, and prototypes, ensuring quality and effectiveness in industrial activities. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and assembly of jigs and fixtures. 2. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of tools. 3. Collaboration with engineering for continuous improvements. Develop, assemble, and validate jigs and fixtures (tooling) to facilitate performance, ensure quality, reliability, safety, and effectiveness of industrial operations. Generally, ensure and support that tools, mechanical equipment, and manufacturing infrastructure are always in good working condition to meet production requirements. Additionally, perform prototype product assembly. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret technical drawings, 3D CAD projects, and production orders to carry out technical and operational tasks. * Assemble/weld prototype, pilot batch, jig, fixture, tooling, subassembly, or part projects according to 3D project models or technical drawings. * Develop and manufacture specialized tools, parts, and accessories to meet production and factory infrastructure needs. * Modify, adjust, and calibrate existing tools to improve performance or adapt\-to new operating conditions. Generally, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and mechanical equipment. * Implement changes, repairs, improvements, or adjustments to the factory infrastructure as per projects and actions coordinated with Manufacturing Engineering. * Prepare welding equipment (accessories and consumables) and other machines and equipment to be used (operation of industrial machinery). * Join metallic alloy components using the welding process, adhering to company-specified welding parameters. * Provide shop-floor support to assist in identifying problems and implementing improvements or repairs related to jigs, fixtures, production methods, and products. * Provide technical and operational monitoring, support, and validation of jigs and fixtures (tooling) in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and production departments. * Suggest improvements to jig, fixture (tooling), or prototype projects in coordination with engineering teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in welding processes. * Knowledge of metallic material properties. * Teamwork skills. * Preferred: Experience in tooling, jig, and fixture development and assembly. **Additional Information** * **Unimed Health Plan:** State-wide plan offering full coverage to employees, extendable to legal dependents at a low cost, with co-payment applicable to medical and hospital services. * **Five-Year Bonus:** Monthly additional payment equal to 2% of the contractual salary, granted after five years of employment. * **Free Transportation:** Available for Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, and Crissiumal. * **Meal Voucher:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal voucher card valued at R$300.00 per month, accepted at numerous establishments for food purchases only. * **Dental Plan:** Provided through the Odonto Excellence network, offering special discounts and installment plans for employees and their legal dependents. * **Lunch:** On-site cafeteria with 80% of meal cost covered by the company. * **Student Financial Aid:** Annual stipend for students pursuing technical or higher education. * **50% Tuition Reimbursement:** For specialization courses or training aligned with the employee’s role within the company. * **Education Partnerships:** Agreements with various educational institutions.
