We want you on this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Area of Focus** The person who will serve as Senior Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the team through a people management model, aiming to foster behavioral development and technical qualification while promoting the organization’s culture. They will be accountable for and drive results, processes, and actions under their responsibility through planning and monitoring of human, economic, material, and technological resources—with emphasis on quality and achievement of established objectives. They will continuously improve processes by identifying and promoting innovations and differentiated solutions, validating the applicability of new technologies, knowledge/practices, and tools.
