Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring excellence in pharmaceutical care, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary regulations, rational use of medications, and clinical guidance to patients. Strategically manage the pharmaceutical product mix and relationships with prescribers **Position: Responsible Technical Pharmacist** **Position Summary:** Responsible for ensuring excellence in pharmaceutical care, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary regulations, rational use of medications, and clinical guidance to patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Dispense medications, emphasizing pharmaceutical care and safe guidance to customers/patients; * Supervise and ensure compliance with good pharmaceutical practices, storage, expiration dates, psychotropic drug control, and all requirements stipulated by current legislation (ANVISA, CRF, VISA); * Serve as the unit’s technical responsible officer before regulatory agencies, where applicable; * Support the technical development of store attendants; * Conduct technical training and updates for the customer service team; * Strategically manage the pharmaceutical product mix and relationships with prescribers; * Support health initiatives, promotional campaigns, and pharmacy-community relationship programs. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Pharmacy, with active registration at CRF; * Minimum 3 years of experience as a pharmacist in commercial pharmacies; * Solid knowledge of sanitary legislation, SNGPC, and control of specially controlled medications; * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset; * Proficiency in POS systems.
