They will develop technical solutions related to products, processes, and/or business operations. They will propose and implement innovations and improvements in their area’s processes, evaluating results against defined objectives and/or corporate strategies. They will provide technical and operational guidance to work teams and other company departments on processes within their area of expertise. They will support decision-making by generating information, providing analyses, and delivering technical opinions. * Conduct technical analyses to enhance and improve the quality of production processes; * Respond to quotations by systematically evaluating their impact on processes; * Propose and implement improvements to existing work methods and processes, pursuing continuous improvement in Bruning’s engineering standards and procedures; * Analyze customer products and specifications while adhering to company standards and regulations, adapting products to budgeted supply conditions and ensuring fulfillment of external and internal customer expectations; * Define and manage consumables expenditures to meet planned targets and optimize consumption; * Evaluate new processes and materials to develop new technologies and processes; * Support quality analysis processes to ensure compliance with product specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree required; engineering fields preferred; * Postgraduate studies (in progress or completed) in engineering fields are desirable; * Proficiency in Excel and SAP required; * Prior experience with ISOQualitas and measurement instruments is considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes—cutting, bending, welding—is required; * Experience with FMEA, control plans, work instructions, and flow profitability is desirable; * Availability to work in Panambi/RS is required. **Additional Benefits** * Health Insurance (Unimed State Plan) * Pharmaceutical Assistance (Funcional) * Dental Insurance (Odontroprev) * Eyewear Assistance * On-site Restaurant * Recreational Association * Internal Cafeteria * Benefits Club (Discounts with partner companies) * Gym * Library * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Education Assistance (per collective bargaining agreement) * Educational Support Program (per eligibility rules) * Career Development / Performance Management Program In 1947, in the city of Panambi, in the northwest of Rio Grande do Sul, Bruning began its journey servicing harvesters—a rapidly expanding business at the time.
