Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative support, performing a variety of support tasks to meet the specific needs of the area of operation. Responsibilities: * Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as required, upon request, and/or following instructions from the immediate supervisor or professionals within the department. * Perform support tasks to meet the specific needs of the area of operation. * Data Entry into Computerized Systems: Enter various data into computerized systems, as required or requested by department professionals. * Ensure the accuracy and correctness of entered information. * Preparation of Reports and Documents: Prepare, complete, and/or issue various reports, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and charts, as requested. * Ensure that information is accurate, complete, and up to date to contribute to the quality of analysis performed by department professionals. * Procurement of Materials and Services: Procure necessary materials and/or services as required or requested. * Prepare materials and/or documents for dispatch, contacting other departments and/or third parties, performing verifications and registrations, while observing and meeting deadlines and priorities. * Execution of Additional Activities: Carry out additional activities beyond those established for the position, of the same nature and complexity, as requested by the immediate supervisor and/or internal demand. * Document Organization and Archiving: Make copies, organize, archive, and/or forward generated and received documents as requested and/or per company-defined norms and procedures. * Telephone Support: Answer and/or make telephone calls, providing basic information, relaying messages, and/or transferring calls to other professionals. * Maintenance of the Work Environment: Maintain the workplace, as well as the machines and equipment used, clean and organized. * Control: Monitor supply inventory, issue invoices, manage expenses and payments. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a technical or undergraduate course in Administration, Accounting, or related fields currently in progress is desirable); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Prior experience in the administrative field is a plus.
