We are looking for a **Junior Export Analyst** to join our **Trading** team in **São Paulo or Santos**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Receive and analyze shipping nominations in English; * Nominate counterparties according to contractual terms; * Receive and analyze shipping instructions; * Customer service in Brazil and abroad via phone and e-mail; * Enter export data into company systems; * Daily communication with internal departments involved and service providers. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written); * Experience coordinating container shipments; * Experience managing bulk export shipments and export routines; * Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
