**Job Description:** Work in the company's Research and Development department, focusing on innovation; Perform validation, trial runs, field tests, and adjustments on deliverables, with emphasis on the integration of mechatronic systems in high-complexity projects, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Support the development engineering team with a multidisciplinary perspective and the ability to anticipate integration issues between mechanical and electrical systems. Apply prior maintenance experience, essential for proposing more practical, durable, and accessible field solutions. Support other company departments by conducting travel to monitor ongoing projects. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics), Technologist programs, or related fields, with solid foundation in mechanics and electricity, and complementary education desirable. Good knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems. Electrical knowledge, including interpretation of diagrams, control panels, and system integration. Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or Siemens NX. Availability for travel to monitor prototypes, testing, and provide support at client/partner sites.
