Job Summary: The Grendene Young Apprentice Program offers a practical learning journey in footwear or injection mold manufacturing, in partnership with SENAI. Key Highlights: 1. The Farroupilha/RS Young Apprentice Program opens its doors to a learning journey in partnership with SENAI. **We currently have openings for two apprenticeship courses: Shoemaking and Injection Mold Making** Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Shoemaking:** In this course, apprentices learn the entire footwear manufacturing process—from raw materials to production stages—understanding how the product acquires shape and quality. Shift: Afternoon * **Injection Mold Making:** This course trains apprentices for a technical and strategic industrial area, working with molds used in injection processes. Shift: Morning Both courses are conducted on-site at the company, offering a unique opportunity for personal and professional development. Unlike purely theoretical courses, learning here happens hands-on, within a real-work environment—with direct exposure to processes, machinery, technologies, and experienced industry professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum age of 14 years; * Residence in Farroupilha/RS; * Enrolled in and attending high school in 2026; * Availability to attend classes either in the morning (7:30 AM–11:30 AM) or afternoon (1:15 PM–5:15 PM); **Additional Information** **Selection Process Steps** * **Registrations:** Until 05/07/2026 * **Selection Process:** 05/08/2026 to 05/15/2026 * **Classes Start Date:** 07/20/2026 **Benefits** Subsidized meals at the company; Monthly food basket; Dental and outpatient care at the company; Easter and Christmas gifts; 50% health insurance coverage; Access to over 150 online courses on the Grendene University platform; Internal Online Store (easy access to our products); In-person classes held at the company.
