




Job Description: * Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields is required; * A master’s degree in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Management, Business Management, or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency and practical experience with quality tools are required; * Proficiency and practical experience in production processes, production scheduling, and lean manufacturing are required; * Knowledge of HR policies is required; * Proficiency and practical experience in people management are required; * Willingness to relocate and reside in Panambi/RS is required; * English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is desirable; Scope of Responsibility The individual appointed as Senior Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the team using the people management model, aiming at behavioral development and technical qualification while promoting the organization’s culture. This role will be accountable for and drive results, processes, and actions under its responsibility through planning and monitoring of human, economic, material, and technological resources—with a focus on quality and achievement of established objectives. The incumbent will continuously improve processes by identifying and promoting innovations and differentiated solutions, validating the applicability of new technologies, knowledge/practices, and tools. Additionally, this role will contribute to deploying business strategies by defining plans and actions within its area to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables * Manage the team to foster both technical and behavioral development, aiming to enhance engagement and achieve results; * Be accountable for productivity, timeliness, and quality within the business unit, ensuring delivery of products to end customers; * Engage in client negotiations regarding deliveries, ensuring client needs are met without violating company policies; * Oversee, control, and execute activities related to production planning and control, ensuring adherence to planned labor, machine utilization, raw material inventory, and secondary material usage—meeting predefined standards, volumes, and deadlines; * Manage business performance (productivity, cost, on-time delivery, and quality indicators) to drive financial results and customer satisfaction; * Promote continuous improvement initiatives in production processes to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence; * Monitor and ensure compliance with operational safety regulations; * Champion cultural initiatives with the coordinator team aligned with the evolution of the manufacturing environment. 251207020219565705
