




**Job Description** * Prepare dishes, appetizers, and side dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and quality standards; * Organize and supervise food pre-preparation, cutting, and cooking, ensuring appropriate timing and presentation; * Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of utensils, work surfaces, equipment, and food; * Monitor ingredient inventory and report replenishment needs to the purchasing/stock department; * Daily kitchen ingredient count; * Comply with food safety regulations and good food handling practices required by Sanitary Surveillance; * Work as part of a team with kitchen assistants to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment; * Support kitchen leadership (Senior Cook or Chef) in daily routines and execution of new dishes. **Job Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cook **Benefits:** Tips + Transportation Allowance + On-site Meals + Performance-based Bonus **Working Hours:** Tuesday: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM; Saturday: 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM; Sunday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Work Location: * Av.
