




Links Soluções em RH is seeking a Commercial Manager to work for a rapidly growing solar energy company, focused on providing sustainable and cost-effective solutions to commercial, industrial, rural, and residential customers in Santa Bárbara do Sul–RS and surrounding regions. Responsibilities * Manage and develop a team of 5 sales representatives (internal and/or external); * Define, monitor, and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets; * Support the team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracts; * Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships; * Analyze commercial performance indicators (sales funnel, conversion rate, average deal size, etc.); * Participate in defining commercial strategies and sales campaigns; * Represent the company at events and meetings with key clients; * Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and after-sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
