You are applying for the position of **Quality Supervisor.** **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate administrative, financial, and people management activities within the unit. Standardize, monitor, and optimize administrative processes, ensuring performance and results. Plan and manage financial, asset, technological, and human resources, ensuring efficiency of administrative workflows. Develop, implement, and monitor the strategic planning for administrative and financial areas. Develop, control, and monitor the unit’s budget and investment orders. Manage assets, tax compliance, and inventory (warehousing, direct and indirect materials). Support and follow up on internal and external audits. Advise management and other company departments on administrative and strategic matters. **What We Expect From You:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, or Economics; postgraduate studies preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; Knowledge of People Management, with ability to inspire, influence, and drive team high performance.
