After the company's inception, its founder identified outsourcing services as a market niche and began focusing on the industrial sector as the core purpose of the business. Since then, with constant attention to market demands, the company started developing its own products for the agricultural sector, manufacturing components for grain storage units. With a team of committed and engaged professionals, over time, the company became a reference in agribusiness solutions. In 2009, the company began expanding into new markets, entering the agricultural equipment segment, and today supplies parts for harvesters, planters, and tractors to the largest agricultural machinery manufacturers in the country. Thirty years have passed, filled with challenges, opportunities, and achievements. Today, the company operates in grain storage, agricultural machinery manufacturing, and civil construction sectors. Currently, Tromink employs 700 people, headquartered in Panambi/RS, with an additional facility in Rio Verde/GO.
