If you’re comfortable working with numbers, detail-oriented, enjoy working with data, and have experience in reconciliation, this role may be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the reference point for transactional and financial reconciliation across operational flows, involving multiple payment methods and partners; * Ensure integrity and consistency of amounts between internal systems, bank statements, and external reports, in compliance with contracts and operational rules; * Analyze and validate receivables advance operations—including fees, timelines, and financial impacts—identifying and resolving complex discrepancies; * Guarantee bank reconciliation across multiple accounts in high-volume transactional environments, addressing discrepancies, exceptions, and balance inconsistencies; * Define and structure the reconciliation environment by selecting and configuring appropriate platforms and processes for high-volume financial data, combining automation, manual controls, and advanced analytics; * Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, finance, acquirers, and external partners to resolve incidents, align rules, and drive system enhancements; * Lead the structuring and evolution of the reconciliation area—defining processes, controls, documentation, and best practices—acting as subject-matter expert and central point of contact. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Proven, solid experience in transactional and financial reconciliation, preferably in high-volume, operationally complex environments; * Experience with analytical tools and/or data platforms (e.g., BI and reconciliation systems), applied in high-volume, financially complex settings; * Advanced Excel skills, including consistent use of complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and analysis of large datasets; * Strong attention to detail and critical thinking regarding data integrity, reliability, and financial data governance; * Ability to document processes, design controls, and communicate technical analyses clearly and objectively to diverse stakeholders. **Nice-to-Have:** * Prior experience in payment ecosystems—such as marketplaces, sub-acquirers, or payment gateways; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT; * Working hours: 40 hours per week; * Benefits (with no payroll deductions): ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Flexible Flash card for VA/VR; ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Sul América Health Plan with no co-payment; ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Childcare allowance; ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Life insurance. * Fully remote work. * A collaborative, innovative, and continuously growing environment. * Real opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.
