Responsibilities: Develop and maintain systems using Delphi; Fix bugs and enhance existing applications; Create and maintain queries, stored procedures, and triggers in PostgreSQL databases; Implement and review SQL logic to ensure performance and security; Participate in technical requirements analysis with product and business teams; Collaborate in planning new features and solution architecture; Integrate systems via APIs and other cross-platform communication mechanisms; Document code and processes to ensure traceability and future maintenance; Contribute to best programming practices and code quality. Requirements: Experience with Delphi (solid hands-on experience preferred and prioritized in the selection process); Knowledge of SQL logic; Experience with PostgreSQL database; Ability to understand business rules and translate them into technical solutions
