Focus on results and achievement of targets ### **About the company:** ### **Founded in 1984, Almeida Krüger has extensive experience in commercial advisory and consulting services for the leading financial institutions across Brazil, serving as Santander Bank's external sales force.** ### **Your role will be:** ### **To conduct 100% active prospecting of new PJ (legal entity) clients for Santander Bank product sales:** * **PJ Account** * **Fit Energia (referral)** * **Integrated Account (Account \+ card machine)** ### **Ensure clients complete account activation and linking** ### **Identify new partnership opportunities** ### **Guarantee excellence in service quality** ### **Prerequisites:** ### **Minimum 6 months’ experience as a salesperson, sales executive, portfolio manager, account manager, or in related roles** ### **Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and digital tools** ### **Strong communication, negotiation, and sales techniques skills** ### **Experience in prospecting new clients and post-sales support** ### **Focus on results and achievement of targets** ### **Compensation:** ### **Fixed salary of R$ 1\.700 for the first 3 months** ### **After 90 days: R$ 1\.800** ### **After 1 year: R$ 2\.000** ### **Weekly allowance: R$ 300 (R$ 60 per day)** ### **Uncapped commission — the more you produce, the more you earn** ### **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18, with a 1-hour lunch break.** ### **Benefits:** ### **Medical and Dental Assistance (100% employee-funded)** ### **Partnership agreements and commercial discounts** ### **Life insurance** ### **Employment type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position** ### **Workplace: External** ### **https://almeidakruger.com.br/** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Commercial discounts * Life insurance * Dental assistance * Medical assistance
