Francisco Drumond, 25 – Centro, Camaçari/BA Salary: R$ 2\.700,00 \+ Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break Work Model: In-person About the Position: The law firm seeks a Labor Lawyer with proven experience in labor law for in-person work. The professional will be responsible for drafting procedural documents, legal submissions, and providing technical monitoring of labor cases, collaborating closely with the legal team while maintaining high technical standards and rigorous deadline compliance. Main Responsibilities: * Drafting initial petitions, responses, appeals, and various legal submissions * Analyzing documents and developing procedural strategies * Meeting and tracking procedural deadlines * Monitoring cases in electronic systems (PJe, TRT, etc.) * Providing technical support in handling labor cases * Communicating and aligning with internal team members * Conducting hearings Requirements: * Prior experience in labor law * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration * Excellent legal writing skills and thorough knowledge of labor procedures * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines * Availability for in-person work Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
