Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, supervise execution, propose improvements, and provide technical support to teams. Key Highlights: 1. Team development and cultivation of preventive maintenance culture Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate maintenance activities based on needs analysis; * Supervise the execution of activities; * Monitor maintenance team performance through periodic evaluations; * Propose improvements to maintenance processes through studies and analyses; * Provide technical support to teams by guiding and training staff; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards through internal audits; * Promote engagement in preventive maintenance culture initiatives; * Participate in strategic planning meetings with clear and efficient communication. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience as a maintenance leader or coordinator in facilities or full-service contracts; * Knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and civil); * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping), as well as planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in large-scale projects (strong advantage); * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and operational risk management.
