Engineering Analyst

Description

Position: Engineering Analyst Description: We are seeking an Engineering Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for integrated work in product engineering and process engineering, ensuring that products are developed, maintained, and enhanced with quality, safety, and compliance, and that production processes are designed, validated, standardized, and optimized to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational stability. Responsibilities: * Product development and improvement * Technical analyses and product testing * Prototyping and pre\-production validation: * Materials and suppliers (technical support) * Product lifecycle management * Product technical documentation * Process analysis and continuous improvement * Process mapping and standardization * Process testing and validation * Implementation of technologies and process changes * Process indicators and performance metrics * Operational training and support * Product and process changes Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) * Experience in industrial environments (processes and/or product development) Desired Qualifications Knowledge of: * Product and process development * Engineering and quality tools * Data reading and analysis * CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) * Statistical analysis (e.g., Minitab) * 3D modeling/printing, DFSS, and DOE Benefits Meal/Voucher Allowance Transportation/ Fuel Allowance Dental Plan Education Assistance TotalPass Educational partnerships (SENAI \-SESI )
