Lead improvement initiatives and train internal multipliers **OPPORTUNITY | PROCESS SUPERVISOR** We seek a professional with an analytical profile, strategic vision, and experience in continuous improvement and process optimization, capable of working autonomously and directly contributing to increased operational efficiency. **Position:** Process Supervisor **Code:** 3901 **Location:** Mucambinho – Esplanada/BA **Remuneration:** R$ 5.000,00 + Meal Allowance + Basic Food Basket + Profit Sharing Program (PPR) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in process management and continuous improvement; Knowledge and experience applying Lean tools such as 5S, TPM, TRF, and A3; Analytical and strategic profile with autonomy to propose solutions and improvements; Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and performance indicators; Ability to collaborate across diverse departments, leadership levels, and teams. **Responsibilities:** Analyze processes and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency and performance; Identify waste and improvement opportunities, proposing actions to reduce costs; Define intervention priorities based on data and operational impact; Participate in improvement planning, structuring proposals and return-on-investment estimates; Apply Lean tools to optimize processes, products, and equipment; Prepare reports, data surveys, work instructions, and standardized procedures; Lead improvement initiatives and contribute to training internal multipliers; Maintain updated controls, indicators, and reports, presenting analyses and results to management.
