Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations **Job Description:** We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Support Analyst with a strong willingness to learn to join our Information Technology team. The professional will serve as the initial point of contact to assist our staff in resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide first-level technical support to users at the Hospital and Medical Center, either on-site, via telephone, or through the ticketing system (Help Desk). Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware (computers, printers, peripherals) and software (operating systems, office applications, corporate software). Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on workstations and software. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access. Log and track technical tickets, ensuring resolution within established timeframes. Develop and update basic technical documentation, such as troubleshooting guides and manuals. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems under supervision. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve more complex issues. Maintain positive relationships with users by delivering clear, concise, and courteous service. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Systems, or related fields Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows preferred). Fundamental understanding of computer hardware (assembly, component identification). Familiarity with office productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Basic knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, basic network configuration). Ability to learn quickly and proactively seek solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Residence in Salvador (BA)
