Carpentry experience, verified through work record book; Repair and install wood paneling, door and window frames, using appropriate wood and machinery, and secure them in designated locations; Install locks, hinges, handles, and other hardware required for doors and windows; Fabricate wooden parts and structures using tools, cutting and shaping according to provided drawings or models; Assemble and disassemble wooden structures according to dimensions specified in existing drawings or models; Perform repairs and maintenance services on steel or iron doors, windows, and structures using appropriate tools; Estimate materials required to execute the above-mentioned services; Perform other related tasks inherent to the function, as directed by contract supervision. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on UFBA roof systems, including roof components, primary and secondary roof structures, and roofing tiles. **Requirements:** Demonstrate relevant experience in the CTPS.
