THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Logistics) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Goiana/PE **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction in the specialty area aligned with the institution’s defined educational pillars, and facilitates students’ learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN LOGISTICS OR ADMINISTRATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING AND/OR LOGISTICS COURSES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “a” above if the position title alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** § Experience delivering courses and lectures. § Enrollment in postgraduate studies. § Computer literacy. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
