After all, it is 100% Brazilian, created by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***"Hard work conquers everything!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate machines and equipment efficiently, aiming to keep operating costs within established limits. * Monitor and ensure the efficient operation of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), identifying and reporting anomalies and opportunities for process improvements. * Perform bench-scale Jar Tests to optimize chemical dosing, promoting greater efficiency in water and wastewater treatment processes. * Monitor raw material consumption, identifying and reporting deviations from the expected standard. * Manage chemical inventory, signaling when replenishment is necessary. * Support team training, contributing to the dissemination of operational knowledge and identifying technical development opportunities. * Manage waste generated by the area, ensuring order and proper functioning of systems. * Periodically check the functionality of safety devices, ensuring operational integrity and personnel safety. * Ensure equipment performance through correct supply of chemicals and inputs. * Adjust equipment and processes, performing setups and monitoring operational parameters according to defined standards. * Start up equipment and peripherals at the beginning of the shift or as production demands require. * Carry out Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) routines, ensuring maintenance of equipment and production process efficiency. * Perform low-complexity autonomous maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and basic adjustments. * Observe and identify operational anomalies, reporting deviations and suggesting improvements. * Propose and initiate quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags. * Fill out and review daily checklists for areas, processes, and equipment. * Clean production areas and equipment according to schedule. * Execute activities related to quality control routines, following established norms and standards. * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. * Properly dispose of reprocessing materials and perform adequate equipment cleaning. * Physically and systemically block and communicate non-conforming products. * Apply procedures established in the Technical Process Standard (TPS). * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, according to the company's EHS policies. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education (Required):** Completed technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Environmental Management. **Experience (Required) in:** Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), knowledge of chemical and physical processes, and experience with TPM. **Technical Skills (Desirable):** Basic knowledge in: Office Suite (Excel, Word), Reverse Osmosis, and Compressors. **Worth mentioning:** 1st Shift: Monday to Saturday from 5:50 AM to 2:20 PM — however, full availability is required (ability to work other shifts if necessary). **Additional information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children's gift kit for your kids. * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Scholarship program. * Educary – Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Shuttle bus service.
