Cargill also complies with all applicable national and local laws and regulations related to non-discrimination and employability. **PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE ROLE** ----------------------------------- The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring internal projects from inception to completion, ensuring that goals and objectives are met within the established timeline and budget. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Develop and execute project strategies in areas such as agriculture, marketing, or manufacturing. * Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. * Review status and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare reports. * Manage operational aspects of assigned projects. * Ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements in the design and construction of facilities, processes, equipment, and utilities. * Collaborate with regional specialists to provide technical support for construction projects. * Resolve complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most critical ones. * Perform other duties as required. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- **MINIMUM** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. * Solid experience in project management and implementation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or related software. * Knowledge of PMBOK, FEL methodology, or PDP. * Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Intermediate English. **PREFERRED** * Brazilian driver’s license, Category B. * Willingness to travel. * Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and automation disciplines. * Experience managing third-party resources to deliver results. * Knowledge of food regulatory and safety requirements. #LI-Onsite #LI-GE2 Cargill highly encourages vaccination but does not mandate at this time.
