




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and controlling equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operation, minimize failures, and maximize asset lifespan, as well as managing reports and inventory. Inventory and technical documentation management Schedule and control preventive and corrective maintenance plans; analyze the need to purchase replacement parts; and ensure equipment and facilities are in perfect operating condition, minimizing failures and maximizing asset lifespan. · Prepare performance reports and indicators to support strategic decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s maintenance practices; · Develop preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, considering company guidelines and the specific requirements of each piece of equipment; · Monitor and control equipment performance by analyzing performance indicators and proposing improvements; · Manage replacement parts inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring materials are available at the appropriate time; · Participate in the maintenance department’s budgeting process by identifying project requirements and estimating costs; · Manage equipment technical documentation and prepare maintenance reports.
