Description

Job Summary: Responsible for planning and controlling equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operation, minimize failures, and maximize asset lifespan, as well as managing reports and inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance planning and control 2. Equipment performance analysis and optimization 3. Inventory and technical documentation management Schedule and control preventive and corrective maintenance plans; analyze the need to purchase replacement parts; and ensure equipment and facilities are in perfect operating condition, minimizing failures and maximizing asset lifespan. · Prepare performance reports and indicators to support strategic decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s maintenance practices; · Develop preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, considering company guidelines and the specific requirements of each piece of equipment; · Monitor and control equipment performance by analyzing performance indicators and proposing improvements; · Manage replacement parts inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring materials are available at the appropriate time; · Participate in the maintenance department’s budgeting process by identifying project requirements and estimating costs; · Manage equipment technical documentation and prepare maintenance reports.
