Job Summary: Occupational safety professional responsible for preventive, educational, and corrective actions to ensure employee well-being and compliance with legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure employees' physical integrity Provide support for occupational safety and environmental activities by implementing preventive, educational, and corrective measures to protect the physical integrity of Bombril employees, ensuring compliance with legislation, safety standards, and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY** * Manage and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE), specifying worker usage to reduce workplace accident risks; * Administer service contracts, monitor their execution, and process payments; * Analyze work methods and processes to identify risk factors related to workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and exposure to harmful environmental agents, proposing elimination or control measures; * Apply safety standards daily to construction, expansion, renovation, facility layout, and workflow projects—including those performed by third parties—to ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene requirements; * Distribute standards, regulations, documentation, statistical data, analysis and evaluation results, and technical and educational support materials to relevant departments and areas for employee awareness and self-development. * Implement occupational accident and occupational disease prevention programs, monitoring and evaluating their outcomes; * Participate in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) initiatives, proposing preventive and corrective solutions for workplace accidents; * Develop and deliver training on workplace safety and associated risks; * Collaborate with agencies and entities focused on preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases. * Develop safety-related procedures with emphasis on legal compliance and process standardization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **THE BRILLIANCE WE SEEK** Required: * Occupational Safety Technician certification; * Prior experience in the field; * Knowledge of regulatory standards and current legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
