RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Develop and implement supply strategies aligned with the group's objectives, aiming to optimize costs, ensure quality, and mitigate risks in the supply chain. \- Manage the procurement process for agro-industrial inputs, spare parts, and consumable materials, negotiating contracts and supply agreements that meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements. \- Analyze and select suppliers, establishing strategic partnerships and ensuring all comply with company standards and requirements. \- Plan and supervise inventory levels, ensuring production units have the necessary materials and inputs for continuous operations. \- Lead and develop the supply team, promoting training and development initiatives that encourage efficiency and innovation in procurement processes. \- Monitor department performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead time, purchase savings, inventory levels, and supplier quality, proposing actions for continuous improvement. \- Coordinate logistics and material transportation among group units, ensuring integration and efficiency in supply processes. COMPETENCIES: \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Agribusiness, Logistics, or related fields. \- Significant experience in supply and procurement management, preferably within agro-industrial groups or large companies. \- Advanced knowledge in negotiation, contract management, and supplier analysis. \- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop strategic partnerships with suppliers.
