Optimizes logistics processes and ensures quality standards A paint manufacturing company and surface treatment services provider seeks a Logistics Supervisor in Goiana (Nova). **Responsibilities:** Supervise supply chain operations, ensuring periodic and official inventory control. Manage raw material and finished goods stock levels to ensure adequate supply for production. Plan and manage logistics teams, defining work shifts, vacations, and training needs. Monitor team performance, delivering periodic training and feedback. Ensure implementation of 5S procedures and other internal organizational and safety standards. Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure used in the logistics area. Ensure execution of logistics processes in compliance with standards, work instructions, and customer requirements. Monitor service delivery to internal and external customers, focusing on deadlines and service quality. Control stock records, movements, and orders, ensuring operational traceability. Conduct internal audits in the logistics area, identifying non-conformities and improvement opportunities. Manage maintenance requests, material resources, and infrastructure required for area operations. Contribute to defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions to optimize logistics processes. Previous experience as Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
