




Job Summary: A customer service and prospecting professional responsible for in-person and telephone sales, as well as portfolio management and support for store planning. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in planning the store's commercial activities. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Follow up on proposals during the analysis process and communicate outcomes (positive or negative) to customers; * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with the supervisor on sales origination; * Assist in planning store activities together with management. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
