




**Job Mission** Create memorable leisure experiences for guests through recreational, sports, and cultural activities, ensuring safety, enthusiasm, social integration, and delight throughout their stay. **Experience** * High school diploma (mandatory). * Training in Recreation, Leisure, Physical Education, Tourism, Pedagogy, or related fields (preferred). * Prior experience in hotels, clubs, parks, schools, or leisure venues is a plus. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of recreation, playful activities, group dynamics, and sports. * Familiarity with first aid (preferred). * Techniques for engaging with and leading groups. * Public speaking skills and ability to energize events. * Organization of recreational materials and spaces. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and empathetic communication * Creativity * Extraversion and energy * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Agility and flexibility * Proactivity and initiative * Ability to handle unexpected situations **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities for diverse age groups: children, youth, adults, and seniors. * Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring courteous, inclusive service aligned with hotel standards. * Conduct activities such as games, scavenger hunts, workshops, sports, walking tours, tournaments, water-based play, shows, and themed events. * Supervise children in designated areas (Kids Club / Kids’ Space), adhering strictly to safety protocols. * Ensure participant safety during all activities and provide guidance on proper equipment usage. * Set up and dismantle activity materials, equipment, and environments. * Assist in developing the weekly leisure schedule and promoting the program. * Support internal events, holiday celebrations, and hotel promotional initiatives. * Record attendance, feedback, and incidents per internal procedures. * Comply with internal policies, safety rules, hygiene standards, and conduct guidelines. * Maintain an energetic, proactive, and communicative demeanor to enhance guests’ positive experience.
