#### **About the position:** * Work as a waiter in a restaurant, bar, or similar establishment, providing high-quality service to customers. * Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, courteous, and personalized service. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Greet customers, present the menu, and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages. * Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. * Serve food and beverages appropriately, ensuring quality and presentation. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of tables and the workplace. * Handle customer complaints and requests courteously and efficiently. * Assist in restocking materials and utensils required for service. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service within restaurants or bars. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public. * Agility and organizational skills in service delivery. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Knowledge of customer service and sales techniques. * Formal training in waitering or customer service. * Experience with electronic ordering systems. #### **Benefits:** * Dental plan * Educational partnerships * Complimentary services at Grupo Luck establishments * SESC membership benefits. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * From 08:00 to 16:00 * Days off on Wednesdays and one Sunday per month
